The Social Innovation and Cohesion Institute is a civil society organization dedicated to helping individuals, communities, and institutions enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge to address societal challenges and contribute to the development of a European skills and qualifications area. Our mission is to support lifelong learning and transnational initiatives aimed at young people, adult learners, and professionals through non-formal education.
Young Folks LV
Young Folks LV is a youth organization headquartered in Riga, Latvia, founded in 2012. Initially an informal youth group, it officially became a non-governmental organization (NGO) in July 2014. The organization serves young people aged 13 to 25, and currently has 20 leaders and 180 participants in this age range, along with children from 2 to 12 years old, their parents, and friends, bringing the total number of participants to over 1,000. In addition to its main branch in Riga, Young Folks LV has expanded to cities like Liepaja and Daugavpils.
Europsky Dialog
The European Dialogue, established in 2013, is a civic and youth media association based in Slovakia. It focuses on promoting active citizenship, quality media, arts, and media literacy across Europe. The organization aims to provide young people with a supportive environment where they can be creative, express themselves, and contribute positively to their communities. It also emphasizes the importance of critical information assessment.
ASOCIACION JUVENIL ALMENARAS
Asociación Juvenil Almenaras (Almenaras Youth Association) is a relatively new organization dedicated to involving young people from the Axarquía region in Malaga, Spain, in activities and programs that help them develop their skills and seize available opportunities. Our main goal is to enhance the sense of European citizenship among the youth in this rural area, which suffers from a significant lack of opportunities.
